You can choose from different delivery options: warehouse pickup during regualar business hours, delivery by Swiss Post Parcel Service (PostPack Priority or PostPac Economy) or delivery by truck.
You can choose from various payment methods: cash, pre-payment by wire transfer, PayPal, Maestro, VISA, Mastercard or invoice for selected and registred business customers.
We usually send an invoice by e-mail within 1 to 3 working days after delivery.
You can only return stock items within 14 days of your receipt of your goods. We do not accept returns for specially ordered or non stock items.
Only order for stock items can be cancelled as long as they are not prepared for shipping. Orders for products that need to be produced or non stock items, can only be cancelled as long as they are not in production.
No, but for us it is very important to protect the forest around the world as well as sustanability of ourwood products. We sell many products with FSC®  or PEFC certificates. Only such goods that are clearly marked on the order confirmation, packing list or invoice are certified.
In 2012 the Swiss goverment issued a regulation on the declaration of wood and wood products. We are obliged to mark the wood specie with the botanical name as well as to declare the origin of the wood.
You will find on every packing list and every invoice the wood origin with the country name or country code.
Architects, Designer and planer find on the website of MTEXTUR many free textures of building materials and additional usefull information about their producers.
Atlas Holz AG presents over 250 high-resolution wood textures on MTEXTUR. You can download and use these textures in your CAD or planing software. Try it!
On saturdays our showroom is open and attended. To operate the warehouse we would need additional staff to drive the forklift, show you our wood products, help you load the ordered goods, and so on. You are more that welcome to visit us during the week at our regular business hours.
