Delivery & Warehouse Pickup

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our warehouse, or have them delivered directly to your door. Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and managing your order.


Warehouse Pickup

You can pickup your order items during our regular business hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 12:00 am and from 01:00 to 5:00 pm. We do not offer pickup on Saturdays.

Delivery by Swiss Post Parcel Service

You can choose between PostPac Priority (usually one business day within Switzerland) and PostPac Economy (usually two to three business day within Switzerland). We do not offer Saturday deliveries. All orders received by 3 pm will ship the same business day if all items are in stock.

Delivery by Truck

We delivery your order also by truck to the curb.

For truck deliveries we charge a minimum CHF 150.- to a maximum of CHF 600.- per delivery, depending on weight and dimensions. Installation or assembly work is not included. The delivery time is between two to five working days exept some few exceptions.

Before your order, please always check whether your road is easy accessible by a truck (up to 40 tonnes / trucks migth be 18 meters long, 4 meters high, 2.5 meters wide) and the road can be accessed by trucks. It is important that the truck has stopping, unloading and turning possibilities.

Additional Delivery Services
- for express deliveries until 8 am we charge an extra of CHF 120.-
- for express deliveries until 10 am we charge an extra of CHF 80.-
- for deliveries on a fixed date we charge an extra of CHF 80.-
- for deliveries on a fixed date and a specific time frame we charge an extra of CHF 120.-
- for express pickup after 3 pm by our freight forwarder we charge an extra of CHF 120.-

Your order can not be delivered by truck in the following cases:
- if the place of delivery is outside Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- if the conditions for a problem-free entry and exit of the truck as well as stopping and unloading are not provided
- in residential areas with narrow curves and bends
- if the delivery destination is in a dead end and the access road is not at least 50 cm wider as the goods are long
- the entrance or access is forbidden for trucks and trailers
- unloading or stopping is not possible for the driver, because it is a busy or curvy main road.

In case of doubt, please contact us before the order to ensure that we can delivery the ordered goods. Since the driver of the truck is responsible for the delivery, he exclusively takes the final decision about the delivery and unloading.
